Internally, she's grown RSU's daily active AI usage to over 80%, and built workflows that have generated over $1.5M in operational and tooling savings. She currently leads RSU's AI Services offering, working directly with companies to identify where AI creates real value in their marketing operations and matching them with AI experts who can help build the systems and workflows that make it operational. Before RSU, Zi held growth and marketing roles at Uber, Wealthfront, and Step.
