Service Providers: Companies and individuals that provide services on our behalf or help us operate the services or our business (such as information technology, information security, payment processing, hosting and cloud storage, customer relationship management and support, print and mail fulfillment, email delivery, advertising, marketing, data analytics, consumer research, and identity verification).
Affiliates: We may disclose personal information with businesses controlling, controlled by, or under common control with Right Side Up.
Professional Advisors: Professional advisors, such as lawyers, auditors, bankers, and insurers, where necessary in the course of professional services rendered.
Authorities and Others: Law enforcement, government authorities, and private parties, as we believe in good faith to be necessary or appropriate for the compliance and protection purposes described above.

5. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

We will respond with a copy of any and all of your personal data on our systems within 30 days. You may also request that we delete all of your personal data in our databases and systems by emailing security@rightsideup.co. We will respond and delete your personal data on our systems within 30 days.

6.2. Unsubscribe/Opt-Out
You may unsubscribe from our marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of a Right Side Up marketing email or by emailing us at security@rightsideup.co. If you unsubscribe from our marketing lists, we will continue to contact you regarding administrative matters, and to respond to your requests.

7.1. Our Use of Cookies and Tracking Technologies
