Right Side Up Talent Spotlight: Regina Sirko

Published

The Right Side Up Talent Spotlight series highlights the incredible talent within our team, from full-time employees to growth marketing consultants in our collective. This month, we’re excited to introduce Regina Sirko, our standout Operations Manager.

At every company are select people who work tirelessly behind the scenes to keep operations, processes—and just work really—running smoothly. Often, these folks remain unheralded, but not at Right Side Up.

Our latest talent spotlight is Regina Sirko, Operations Manager for Right Percent—Right Side Up’s B2B advertising arm. Regina only joined us six months ago, but her impact has outsized her tenure tenfold.

From building client dashboards and reporting systems to tracking margin and capacity, she’s enabled the Right Percent team to move faster, work smarter, and ultimately be better for our clients.

Why is Regina so good at her job? A natural affinity for finding, diagnosing, and fixing messy processes. This knack for maximizing efficiency also comes handy in her everyday life, where she’s the sole ops manager (and also CEO, CFO, first responder, and chef de cuisine) for a busy household containing two children under the age of six, a cat, and a dog.

Tell us a little more about your role and time at Right Side Up.

I joined Right Side Up in February 2026 and am an Operations Manager supporting the Right Percent team, our B2B ads division.

Day to day, I keep the engine running behind the scenes, from tracking margin and capacity to building the client dashboards and reporting systems our account teams rely on every day. I’m basically here to make sure things run smoothly, efficiently, and with as little unnecessary manual work as possible.

Could you dive into your professional background and any achievements you’re proud of or notable brands you’ve worked with?

I got my start in paid media account management and quickly moved into an Account Operations Manager role, where I managed paid media and email campaigns across a range of clients.

Over the past 10+ years, I’ve built expertise across digital marketing operations, reporting and attribution, and marketing technology. I especially love being the person who can look at a messy process, figure out why it’s messy, and build a better system around it.

I’ve worked across a variety of clients and industries, and I’m particularly proud of the systems and processes I’ve built that make teams more efficient and give people better visibility into their work.

Where do you call home and what is your work environment like?

I’m based in Yorba Linda, California, where I’m a single mom to two kids, a 6-year-old and a 5-year-old, plus a dog and a cat.

Give us your take on growth marketing today: What excites you, how have things changed since you got started, and where do you think it’s headed?

I love efficiency. I’m naturally drawn to figuring out how to make things work better: automating repetitive tasks, building processes, connecting systems, and finding ways to give teams better information so they can make smarter decisions.

As marketing has become more complex and more data-driven, I think the role of operations has become even more important.

There are so many tools and so much data available now; the exciting part is figuring out how to turn all of that into systems that actually make people’s jobs easier and help businesses grow.

What has the structure/flexibility of Right Side Up’s model allowed you to do outside of work?

The flexibility has allowed me to be a really present parent. I’m a single mom of two, and working from home means I can be there for school drop-offs and pickups, take my kids to their extracurriculars, and still have a career I’m excited about.

That flexibility has made a huge difference for our family and has allowed me to build a career around my life rather than having to choose between the two.

What did you want to be when you grew up?

A lawyer! I loved the idea of solving problems and making a case for something—until I realized that law school involved a lot of reading and not nearly enough doing. 😂

What do you like to do for fun in your geographic area?

Anything outside! I love hiking and exploring Southern California with my kids. We’re also big fans of the local zoos and aquariums; we can never seem to pass up an excuse to go see some animals.

What’s a TV show, podcast, book, video game, recipe, etc. that you’re loving right now?

"Law & Order: SVU" is my forever background show. I’ve watched it so many times that I can half-watch an episode while doing something else and still know exactly what’s happening.

Do you have a favorite quote?

“Let it be.” I love a good Stoic reminder that not everything is within my control, and sometimes the best thing you can do is accept what is and keep moving forward.

What was your first concert?

The Black Eyed Peas!

What’s a fun fact about yourself that people wouldn’t expect?

I’m a surprisingly good whistler. It’s one of those completely useless skills that I’m weirdly proud of...
